Booking Terms & Conditions

At Vogues studio, we pride ourselves on our customer service, our relaxed atmosphere, our
professionalism and our commitment to you.

All our treatment rooms are completely private.
When making an appointment with us please remember you are reserving both a therapist and a
treatment room for your personal use, our following cancellation policy therefore applies:

50% Charge for less than 24 hours cancellation if we are unable to re-book your treatment room/therapist
100% Charge for missed appointments

 To ensure that clients having relaxation treatments are not disturbed we politely ask that mobile phones
are switched off during your time with us.

If you arrive late it may mean that your treatment will be time reduced as a courtesy to your therapists'
next client but still charged at the full price.
